Once upon a time in 1998, I decided that I was going to live a vegan lifestyle. And let me tell you folks, things were different back then:
Ordering vegan pizza just meant no cheese, there was one kind of brown watery soy milk to buy at the local grocery store, and vegan sweet treats were almost unheard of.A lifelong lover of cake, I decided that I must take matters into my own hands and learn how to bake. The creations I share today come from literal decades of hard work, trials, tribulations and countless calories.In addition to baking I have several other passions, including riding my bike everywhere, caring for cats, and working as a group fitness instructor
and personal trainer. I live in South Minneapolis, with my partner J of the J-agelry.All of my creations are plant-based and free of eggs, dairy, butter, lard, gelatin, and anything else that might come from an animal.
